It comes with three heavy-duty non-stick pans – deep-dish pan, suitable for soup-based dishes, titanium-ceramic flat plate for grilling, and adjustable steaming plate which steams vegetables to perfection ( and not just vegetables ).
It’s a well made and easy to use product, suitable for a decent size family.
It has a non-sticking surface, like all other products on this list, and although sturdy built, it still needs proper maintenance, gentle washing using the soft cooking tools.
A nice and clear dial allows you to set up the temperature you want.
It’s a bit pricier than the rest of the electric skillets on this list, but having in mind the functions it has, and the quality and durability of the product, it’s really worth the money.

Cuisinart is a pretty popular cooking product brand, so we couldn’t avoid including it on this list either. Unfortunately, this product just doesn’t justify its price, especially if you read everything we wrote about Zojirushi electric skillet.
Yeah, it’s easy to use, and easy to clean, but you need to use only rubber cooking tools. It comes with 30 recipes included. It’s made of quality materials and it’s big-sized.
Some of the drawbacks are that it makes noise while cooking, and the cover handle gets very hot, so you need to use the towel to remove it. The temperature control could be a lot better and it takes a while to warm up.
So having in mind that there is no perfect product and that all the other electric skillets in this article have some drawbacks, the Cuisinart skillet is worth mention. Yet, we are really delighted with Zojirushi Gourmet d’Expert Electric Skillet, and that would be our favorite skillet in the race for the best electric skillet title.
